Art Speaks is a ministry founded by an artist name Alicia from Northeast Ohio who seeks to bring programs and opportunities to people with disabilities from around Ohio. To do this there are a number of community projects and events that have taken place this year to promote Alicia's vision and hope for artists with disabilities.
Alicia founded the All Abilities Art Expo in April. She created this event by forming a committee of other individuals with disabilities. The event had many accessibility features you wouldn't find at normal event geared towards individuals with disabilities. You can read more about the All Abilities Art Expo in the Community Projects section.
Alicia has a vision to reach more people with disabilities. Her goal is to put art supplies in the hands of those who can't afford them. She uses her gifts, talents, and resources to help others. She is a firm believer in recycling and reusing resources..
